Cloud and continuity
Cloud company in Barcelona for businesses

Cloud without losing proximity or control
Many Barcelona companies work with remote cloud providers: ticket-based support in another language, unpredictable billing and no possibility of seeing where their data is located. When something fails, there is no one to call.
- Slow and impersonal support from large international providers
- Concerns regarding data residency and RGPD compliance
- Cloud costs that are difficult to forecast month by month
- Legacy infrastructure in your own office that no longer delivers
Our response
In-house infrastructure and technical team less than an hour away
We operate our own datacenter in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Osona, Barcelona). We design the architecture with your team, migrate in phases, and monitor the platform 24 × 7 from that point onwards. You can speak directly with whoever manages your infrastructure, and you can come to see it.
We do not resell third-party capacity: the platform you use is the one we operate ourselves, in a facility of over 150 m² connected at 10 Gb/s via the Xarxa Oberta de Catalunya.

Frequently asked questions
Common pre-engagement questions
- Where is our data hosted?
- In our own datacenter in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Osona, Barcelona province), within Spanish territory and under European data protection regulations.
- Can we migrate from VMware or Hyper-V?
- Yes. We regularly migrate VMware, Hyper-V environments and physical servers. The process includes inventory, dependency analysis, pilot and validation before the final cutover.
- Can we keep part of the infrastructure at our offices?
- Yes, this is the most common scenario. In a hybrid architecture, we keep on-site what must remain on-site (due to latency, licences or machinery) and move the rest to the cloud.
- How is the cost calculated?
- Depending on the allocated resources (CPU, memory, storage), the managed service level and backup policies. It is presented as a predictable monthly fee, rather than a surprise variable consumption.
- Can migration be carried out without stopping production?
- In most cases, migration is performed with prior replication and a short cut-over window, usually outside production hours. We define this during the design phase according to each application.
- Can we visit the datacenter?
- Yes. We organise scheduled technical visits for clients and companies evaluating the service.
