- The difference is that the service does not end with the delivery of the machine. It includes sizing, verified backup, perimeter protection, 24 × 7 monitoring, base system maintenance, and an identifiable technical team you can call.
- What happens if resources run short?
- Capacity monitoring detects trends before a problem occurs. In most cases, CPU, memory, or disk upgrades are performed hot or with a scheduled reboot.
- Are backups tested?
- Yes. We perform periodic verification restores: a copy that has never been restored is not a reliable copy.
- Can I manage the server myself?
- Yes. Some clients manage their own applications and leave the infrastructure layer to us, while others delegate full administration. Both models are available.
