Security and continuity

The business antivirus that does not rely on the user

Professional Endpoint protection, managed and monitored by Seintec to protect computers and servers against malware, ransomware and other threats without leaving security in the hands of each employee.

We apply centralised policies, supervise your equipment's protection and can incorporate additional layers such as sandboxing, DLP, USB device control and web browsing. You pay per protected device and we adapt the solution to the real size and needs of your company.

The starting point

Installing an antivirus does not mean being protected

Many companies have an antivirus installed, but no one checks if it is active, updated, correctly configured or if a user has tampered with it. When each computer operates independently, security ends up depending on the employee. And that is precisely the problem.

  • Equipment with differing configurations.
  • Users who can modify the protection.
  • Alerts that no one reviews.
  • Uncontrolled USB and external devices.
  • Unrestricted access to unauthorised websites.
  • Disjointed security policies across different computers.
  • New devices onboarded without a common strategy.
  • A licence installed, but with no one responsible for managing it.

Our response

Managed protection, not an antivirus installed and forgotten.

With Seintec Antivirus Endpoint, the security of your computers and servers is centrally administered. We define the policies, deploy the protection, monitor device status, and manage the necessary adjustments so that security does not rely on every user doing the right thing. The employee works. Seintec takes care of the protection.

  • Centralised protectionA common strategy for all company devices.
  • Seintec monitoringWe supervise the protection status from a centralised platform.
  • Business policiesWe apply configurations based on the organisation's actual requirements.
  • Tamper protectionThe configuration can prevent unauthorised users from freely disabling or uninstalling the protection.
  • More than just antivirusAdds layers of protection against advanced threats, data leakage, USB, and unauthorised browsing.

What is included

Antivirus Endpoint capabilities

Antimalware protection

Equipment protection against various types of malware.

Ransomware protection

Prevention and detection mechanisms aimed at reducing the risk of executing behaviours associated with ransomware.

Behavioural detection

Analysis of suspicious processes and behaviours beyond traditional signatures.

Web protection

Controls aimed at preventing access to specific malicious or unauthorised destinations.

Centralised management

Policies and configurations managed consistently from a single platform.

Tamper protection

Mechanisms designed to prevent protection from being altered or removed without authorisation.

Group policies

Distinct configurations based on departments, users, device types or requirements.

Seintec monitoring

Centralised tracking of the status of protected devices.

Advanced protection

Add the layers your company needs

Not all organisations face the same risks. Therefore, Antivirus Endpoint can be complemented with additional modules, available depending on the chosen service level, to build a solution tailored to each company and each group of devices.

Sandboxing

Certain files can be analysed using advanced sandboxing mechanisms, executing them in a controlled and isolated environment to study their behaviour before they are considered safe. An additional layer against new, unknown, or particularly suspicious threats.

Device control

Policies on USB sticks, external drives, and other removable devices, with authorised exceptions when the company requires them.

Data Leakage Prevention (DLP)

Controls aimed at reducing the unauthorised extraction of corporate information according to the contracted service level and the platform used.

Web content control

Centralised blocking of sites, categories, or destinations that the organisation considers dangerous or unauthorised.

Security does not depend on the employee

If anyone can disable the antivirus, you do not have a security policy

With conventional antivirus software, users may end up with excessive control over a tool designed to protect the entire company. Antivirus Endpoint is managed through centralised policies.

Where configuration and the operating system allow, Seintec can apply protection mechanisms against tampering and unauthorised uninstallation. This prevents employees from simply disabling or removing protection because an application, file, or page is not performing as expected.

Security changes are performed by authorised users, not by each employee from their own computer.

Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Your data can also walk out through the USB port

A cyberattack is not the only way to lose information. A USB stick, an external drive, or specific user actions can also become a leakage point for corporate data.

Antivirus Endpoint can include controls aimed at reducing data leaks through device policies and, where applicable, data protection rules on compatible systems.

  • Block USB sticks.
  • Allow only specific devices.
  • Apply authorised exceptions.
  • Limit certain types of external devices.
  • Reduce the risk of unauthorised information extraction.
  • Apply distinct policies based on departments or device groups.

Web content control

Decide which sites are part of your work environment

Endpoint protection can also help enforce the company's browsing policy. We can establish centralised rules to block pages, categories, or destinations that the organisation deems dangerous or unauthorised.

The policy is defined by the company; Seintec is responsible for its implementation.

  • Malicious websites.
  • Risk categories.
  • Content unrelated to professional activity.
  • Pages explicitly blocked by the company.
  • Exceptions for specific users or departments.

The difference

Installed antivirus vs. Managed IT Services by Seintec

Conventional antivirus

  • Licence installed.
  • Individual configuration.
  • User dependency.
  • Local alerts.
  • Limited corporate policies.
  • No continuous review.
  • USB devices without a common policy.
  • Web browsing without central control.
  • Each computer operates independently.

Antivirus Endpoint managed by Seintec

  • Centralised management.
  • Seintec monitoring.
  • Corporate policies.
  • Protection against unauthorised tampering.
  • Device control.
  • Web content control.
  • Sandboxing capabilities.
  • Data leakage prevention controls.
  • Department-based policies.
  • A common strategy for the entire company.
  • Specialised technical support.

The difference isn't having an antivirus. It's having someone looking after it.

Tailored to you

Pay per device, not for an imaginary company

A company with 12 devices does not require the same solution as one with 120. The price is calculated per protected device, allowing the solution to be adapted to the actual number of computers and servers in the organisation and defining different protection levels based on each group's needs.

Why Seintec

You don't need another console. You need someone to take care of it.

  • Managed IT Services: we do not just supply licences. We configure, deploy and manage the protection.
  • In-house technical team: when an alert triggers or a policy requires modification, you have a dedicated technical team at your disposal.
  • Tailored policies: we configure protection based on how your business actually operates.
  • Global vision: endpoint, email, Backup, firewall, MFA, infrastructure, and support can all form part of a unified strategy.
  • A single point of contact: security ceases to be a collection of independent products managed by different providers.

Layered security

The Endpoint is one layer. Your company needs several.

  • Antivirus Endpoint
  • Antispam
  • Cybersecurity
  • Backup
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Managed IT Services

Device protection works best when combined with email security, identity, Backup, infrastructure protection, and a Disaster Recovery strategy.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about Antivirus Endpoint

Is it simply an antivirus?
No. Antivirus protection is just one of its functions; the service is designed as an enterprise Endpoint solution managed and monitored by Seintec through centralised policies.
Can an employee deactivate it?
We configure the solution to restrict unauthorised modification or uninstallation of the protection. Specific capabilities may depend on the operating system, privileges, and applied configuration.
Does it protect against ransomware?
It includes various mechanisms aimed at detecting and blocking malware and suspicious behaviours associated with threats such as ransomware. No solution should be presented as absolute protection, which is why we recommend combining Endpoint with Backup and other security layers.
Can we block USB devices?
Yes, on compatible systems, policies can be established to block or control USB sticks and other types of external devices.
How is the price calculated?
The service is sized per protected device and according to the additional modules or capabilities required.
