Seintec is a member of ASCICAT, the Catalan Cybersecurity Association
We are part of the community that brings together companies, professionals, education centres and institutions to strengthen cybersecurity in Catalonia. One more way to stay close to the sector and pass that knowledge on to our clients.
What ASCICAT is
ASCICAT (Associació de Ciberseguretat de Catalunya) is a non-profit association that connects companies, professionals, education centres, institutions and other stakeholders to turn those connections into knowledge, alliances, initiatives and opportunities.
According to the association, more than 50 organisations are already part of its community.

Training and talent
Its Training and Talent working group links business, education and talent: needs assessment, applied training, a trainer directory, hackathons and collaboration with education centres. It has published a report on the sector's cybersecurity talent needs.
Conferences and events
It organises and takes part in events such as regional cybersecurity days for companies, sessions on cybersecurity as part of the business, and sector forums like the Security Forum.
Cybersecurity applied to business
It promotes programmes that help industrial and technology companies build cybersecurity into their business, not just treat it as a technical matter.
Knowledge sharing
It publishes analysis and news on cybersecurity, built on an idea we share: cybersecurity is not a cost, it is a business decision.
Why Seintec is part of ASCICAT
Cybersecurity is at the core of what we do: we protect, monitor and manage companies' IT infrastructure from our own datacenter in Osona. Being part of ASCICAT keeps us connected with the rest of the Catalan cybersecurity ecosystem.
