What it is and when it fits
Seintec’s cybersecurity combines prevention, detection, response and recovery: endpoint, email, network, identities, verified backups and continuous monitoring. The scope and level of surveillance are agreed according to each company’s real risk.
The starting point
A single incident can bring the company to a standstill
Ransomware, email fraud and unauthorised access occur without warning. The impact is not merely technical: it means halted billing, damaged reputation and regulatory obligations to be met under pressure.
- Attacks that evolve faster than traditional defences
- Users and devices connected from anywhere
- Backups that can also be compromised
- Increasingly stringent regulatory requirements regarding data
Our response
Prevent, detect and respond, under a single managed contract
We combine immutable backup, email filtering, WAF, EDR/XDR, and UTM perimeter security into a managed service, overseen by our own SOC with a specialised technical team that investigates and responds to any critical alert.
Our service covers everything from technical audits to incident response, including encrypted backups and Zero Trust protection, with our own SOC and a specialised technical team.
Use cases
How it is used in a company
User and device protection
Endpoint antivirus, EDR/XDR, email filtering, access control and training to reduce the impact of phishing.
Continuity against ransomware
Immutable backup, replication and tested recovery to return to operation when prevention is not enough.
Compliance and traceability
Technical controls, evidence and processes aligned with the organisation’s contractual or regulatory requirements.
Benefits
What you gain with Cybersecurity
Total prevent–detect–respond coverage
Immutable backup, email filtering, WAF, EDR/XDR and UTM perimeter security in a single managed contract.
Assured continuity
Regain control of your infrastructure following a cyber incident with a recovery objective agreed with you in the continuity plan.
Zero Trust by design
Identity-based access control and MFA for every user and device.
AI-powered defence
Machine learning engines that monitor endpoints and networks in real time, reducing the mean time to detection.
Security training and culture
Phishing simulations and awareness programmes that turn employees into your first line of defence.
In-house SOC 24 × 7 × 365
In-house technical team that monitors, investigates, and responds to any critical alert.
How we work
4 P Methodology
- 01
Profiling
Initial review at no cost to detect vulnerabilities and establish priorities.
- 02
Protection
Architecture design and deployment of preventive controls.
- 03
Perception
Continuous monitoring and event analysis through IA and SOC.
- 04
Improvement plan
Periodic reports, drills, and readjustments to anticipate new threats.
What is included
Service capabilities
- EDR / XDR
- Advanced detection and response across endpoints and network.
- UTM perimeter security
- Managed firewall and segmentation.
- Email filtering
- Blocking of phishing, spam, and impersonation.
- WAF
- Protection of published applications and services.
- Immutable backup
- Backups that ransomware cannot alter.
- MFA and identity
- Conditional access by user and device.
Real scope
What we do not promise without defining it with you
Defining the scope avoids surprises and makes it possible to compare proposals correctly.
- No tool eliminates risk: security also depends on processes, identities, patches and user habits.
- The SOC and 24×7 response form part of a contractual scope; they are not assumed in every project.
- We do not replace the company’s legal responsibility: we provide controls, evidence and technical guidance.
Why Seintec
Results, not promises
- Retail, industrial, and professional services firms have substantially reduced the number of intrusion attempts reaching their systems using our strategy.
- In-house SOC: the team monitoring your platform is the same one that knows and manages it.
- Incident response with recovery objectives agreed in the continuity plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common pre-engagement questions
- What does the cybersecurity service include?
- It can cover endpoint, email, network, identities, backups, monitoring, response and training. The exact perimeter is defined after assessing assets, exposure, obligations and internal capacity.
- What happens if we suffer an incident?
- The agreed procedure is activated: containment, analysis, internal communication, recovery and documentation. Availability and timings depend on the contracted scope.
- Is monitoring 24×7?
- We operate a 24×7 SOC. In each project we agree which assets are monitored, which events are escalated and which actions the team can execute outside business hours.
- Do you help with regulatory compliance?
- We provide technical controls, inventory, evidence, policies and support for requirements such as GDPR, ENS or the Cybersecurity Scheme. Legal responsibility and certification belong to the organisation and the auditor.
