Sector Marketing & Advertising Agencies
Your clients see the website. We watch everything behind it.
How we work here
Technology at the service of your operations
An agency can look after dozens or hundreds of client websites, online shops, landing pages and digital assets. When a site goes down, a server saturates or a plugin turns out to be vulnerable, the client doesn’t call the hosting provider — they call the agency. We take care of the infrastructure, security, backups and monitoring so your team can stay on strategy, design, development and campaigns.
Common challenges
- Client websites scattered across different hosting accounts, VPSs and providers
- Plugins, themes and CMS components with vulnerabilities nobody spots in time
- Campaigns that multiply traffic and bring down hosting that was fine yesterday
- Video, RAW files and creative assets far too large to email
Our response
Four areas we address in this sector
Your own hosting environment, run by specialists
Instead of accumulating scattered accounts, your agency can have its own dedicated or cloud server on our infrastructure, with a control panel for creating domains, sites, databases, users, SFTP access, certificates and PHP versions. Your team administers the websites; we administer the platform: operating system, firewall, updates, capacity, backups and monitoring.
Block attacks before they reach the CMS
A public website is exposed twenty-four hours a day. A web application firewall inspects HTTP and HTTPS traffic and helps stop malicious patterns, bots and automated exploitation before they reach the application. It doesn’t make a site impregnable — nothing does — but it dramatically reduces the noise hitting the CMS and the database.
Don’t let an attacker find the vulnerability first
The risk across a portfolio of websites rarely sits in the server: it sits in an outdated plugin, theme or module. We analyse the components of the sites we host, identify known vulnerabilities, assess how critical they are and alert the agency with the affected site, the component and a recommendation, so remediation can be planned rather than improvised.
The systems team your agency doesn’t have to hire
Your team handles the CMS, development and content. When it becomes server load, databases, DNS, email, certificates, PHP versions, storage or networking, our infrastructure support takes over. No finger-pointing between host and developer: joint diagnosis and a clear owner for the platform.
Agency hosting
A control panel on infrastructure you don’t have to administer
The agency keeps day-to-day autonomy — domains, subscriptions, databases, access, certificates, environments — and we take everything underneath. Which panel, Plesk, cPanel or another, is decided when the platform is designed, based on what your team already uses and what the projects need.
- A control panel so your team works without depending on us
- Server, operating system, firewall and updates on our side
- Separate credentials per technician, with role-based permissions
- Capacity reviewed as the client portfolio grows
Architecture
Cloud or dedicated server: decided by your portfolio
There is no single answer. A cloud server fits when the portfolio grows in jumps and resources need to scale; a dedicated server when load is sustained, there are many sites or projects that need physical resources to themselves; a private multi-node environment when isolation or high availability matter. We size from data: traffic, concurrency, CPU, memory, databases, storage and expected growth.
- Cloud server where flexibility and gradual growth matter most
- Dedicated server for an established portfolio and heavy load
- Private multi-node environment where more isolation is required
- Sizing based on your real figures, not on a packaged plan
Performance
Content closer to the user
A content delivery network serves images, CSS, JavaScript and video from geographically distributed nodes: the origin server is offloaded, traffic peaks are absorbed better and delivery improves, particularly for international audiences. Web performance affects user experience and Core Web Vitals, although no CDN improves rankings on its own.
- Static content served from distributed nodes
- Less load on the origin server during campaigns
- Especially useful for online shops, landing pages and international projects
- Combined with server-side caching and the web application firewall
Who does what
Where the platform ends and the website begins
Worth settling on day one so nobody expects what was never contracted. We are responsible for the infrastructure: server, operating system, firewall, hosting, backups, monitoring and vulnerability alerts. The agency keeps development, the website, plugins, theme, content and functional updates, unless a different scope is explicitly agreed.
- Seintec: server, system, perimeter security, backups and monitoring
- Agency: CMS, plugins, theme, development and content
- Vulnerability alerts arrive with site, component and severity
- Any change of scope is agreed and written down
Proactive management
Don’t wait for the client to tell you their site is down
We monitor HTTP and HTTPS availability, certificates, services, load, memory and storage across the platforms included in the service. An expired certificate or a full disk on a Saturday morning is usually caught before anyone calls. No monitoring sees absolutely everything, but it changes who finds the problem first.
- Availability of websites and of server services
- Certificate expiry and disk space watched continuously
- Alerts on load and abnormal resource consumption
- History to tell a one-off spike from an underlying problem
Campaigns
The campaign worked. Now the server has to hold
An ad that performs, a big email send or an unexpected mention multiply visits within minutes, and a successful campaign shouldn’t end in a 503. Before a launch we review expected concurrency, caching, the database, server resources and content delivery, and we watch the infrastructure while the peak lasts.
- Capacity reviewed before the launch, not during it
- Caching, CDN and database prepared for expected concurrency
- Resources scalable according to the contracted architecture
- Enhanced monitoring on campaign days
Ecommerce
Once a website takes money, it stops being just a website
A shop that is down is revenue that has stopped and an incident that escalates by itself. Online stores need sustained performance, a properly sized database, frequent backups, a staging environment for updates and continuous supervision. Functional support for the store stays with the team that built it, unless otherwise agreed.
- Resources and database sized for the order volume
- Frequent backups of files and database
- Staging environment to validate changes before production
- Continuous availability and performance monitoring
Backups
A backup is useful when you can actually roll back
An agency with dozens of clients needs one consistent policy, not a different backup plugin on every site. We back up files, databases and configuration with agreed retention and copies away from the origin server, and we test restores. When an update breaks a site, a deployment goes wrong or something is deleted by mistake, restoring is a procedure rather than an improvisation: how long it takes depends on volume and scope.
- One backup policy across the whole portfolio
- Files, databases and configuration, with off-site copies
- Agreed retention and supervision that backups actually run
- Regular restore testing
Large files
Email was never built to send forty gigabytes of video
Video masters, RAW files from a shoot, renders, layered artwork, print-ready catalogues: the material an agency works with doesn’t fit in an email and deserves more than an ad-hoc transfer from a free account. We propose enterprise file transfer with controlled links and storage on our own infrastructure in Spain; the specific features and limits are set when the service is defined with you.
- Send heavy files without relying on email
- Links with access control and expiry, per the agreed platform
- Storage on our own infrastructure in Spain
- A business alternative to one-off file-sending services
Storage
When a single project runs to hundreds of gigabytes
Production companies, photo studios and creative teams accumulate active, delivered and archived material, and each needs something different: performance for work in progress, affordable capacity for the archive and remote access for people editing off site. We combine storage in our cloud, file servers and on-premise systems according to volume, access patterns and budget. For internal collaboration, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint cover the day to day well; for large client deliveries, a transfer platform fits better.
- Active, delivered and archived material treated differently
- Cloud, file server or a mixed approach depending on volume and access
- Remote access for teams editing away from the office
- The historical archive backed up too, not just current work
Domains and email
Your domains are critical infrastructure too
An agency ends up holding domains, subdomains, DNS zones and mail records for many clients, and one wrong MX, SPF, DKIM or DMARC record takes down an entire company’s email within minutes. We help with the technical management of those zones within the contracted service. And one rule that saves grief: corporate email and campaign sending are different things, and bulk campaigns must go out through an email marketing platform, never from the web server.
- Technical management of DNS zones and mail records
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC reviewed before anything is changed
- Corporate email kept separate from campaign sending
- A compromised site can damage the domain’s sending reputation
Agency security
One account at your agency can open the door to many clients
Your team holds access to third-party domains, control panels, CMS installs, analytics, ad platforms and social accounts. A single compromised account stops being an internal problem and becomes a portfolio-wide one. Multi-factor authentication everywhere, identities properly managed in Microsoft 365, endpoint protection, mail filtering, fast onboarding and offboarding and, where the risk justifies it, managed detection.
- Mandatory multi-factor authentication on team accounts
- Identities and permissions managed in Microsoft 365, with independent backup
- Endpoint protection and mail filtering against fraud and phishing
- Immediate revocation of access when someone leaves
Consolidation
From twenty different hosting accounts to one managed platform
The usual picture: every client on a different provider, different panels, mismatched PHP versions, backups nobody verifies, credentials spread across old inboxes and invoices from five suppliers. We consolidate in phases, not overnight: inventory, classification by criticality, compatibility review, testing, migration, DNS cutover, validation and monitoring. Each step is planned to keep disruption to a minimum, and windows are agreed with you.
- A real inventory of sites, providers, versions and credentials
- Project-by-project migration, starting with the lowest risk
- Testing before DNS cutover and validation afterwards
- One point of contact, one invoice and orderly access
Service tiers
A critical client doesn’t have to share with a hundred other projects
Not everything needs the same. A three-week campaign microsite, twenty small corporate sites and a shop taking daily orders can live on the same platform, but not necessarily in the same environment. We design in tiers: shared hosting inside your own server for standard work, separate resources or servers for critical projects, and temporary environments for campaigns that last weeks rather than years.
- Standard projects grouped on your managed platform
- Separate resources or servers for the most critical clients
- Temporary environments for campaigns, contests and microsites
- Different backup and monitoring policies by criticality
Your infrastructure team
Be a bigger agency without building a systems department
We don’t want to replace your agency: we want to be the technical team behind it. You keep strategy, creative, development, marketing and the client relationship; we keep the servers, security, backups, monitoring and infrastructure incidents. We work with the agency as our counterpart, in a second-line model, and the scope of any contact with the end client is agreed case by case.
- The agency keeps the commercial relationship with its client
- Second-line support for your developers
- Joint diagnosis instead of apportioning blame
- The platform grows along with your portfolio

Frequently Asked Questions
Common industry FAQs
Can we have our own server with a control panel to host clients?
Yes. We design a dedicated or cloud server for your agency with a control panel so your team can create domains, sites, databases and credentials. The specific panel and the sizing are defined when we prepare the proposal, based on what you already use and the size of the portfolio.
Do you work with Plesk or cPanel?
Both are common options for this kind of platform and are assessed when the environment is designed, taking into account what your team already uses, the migrations planned and licensing. We confirm it in the proposal, not before we know the scenario.
Can you migrate all our sites from other hosting providers?
Yes, after an inventory and a compatibility review: PHP versions, databases, extensions, email and dependencies. We migrate in phases, with testing before the DNS cutover, and plan each window to keep disruption to a minimum.
Will you alert us if you detect a vulnerability on a site?
Yes, as part of the web security service for sites hosted on the platform: we identify known vulnerabilities in installed components, assess severity and alert you with the site, the component and a recommendation. Applying the functional fix stays with the agency unless a different scope is agreed.
What is the difference between a WAF and antivirus?
A web application firewall filters the HTTP and HTTPS traffic reaching the website and blocks attack patterns before they hit the application. Antivirus or endpoint software protects the system and the devices. They are different, complementary layers.
Can we add a CDN to client websites?
Yes, as part of the platform design. It serves static content from distributed nodes, offloads the origin server and improves delivery, especially for international audiences. It is not an SEO shortcut, although performance does influence user experience.
What happens if a campaign gets far more traffic than expected?
Monitoring flags the peak and we act on caching, content delivery and resources according to the contracted architecture. In cloud environments resources can be scaled; on dedicated hardware it is planned ahead. That is why we review capacity before a major launch.
How do you back up dozens of websites?
With a single centralised policy for the whole platform: files, databases and configuration, at an agreed frequency and retention, with copies away from the origin server, daily supervision and restore testing. No more a different backup plugin on every site.
Can we send files of several tens of gigabytes to clients?
Yes, using an enterprise transfer solution on our infrastructure rather than email. Size limits, link expiry and available space are set by the service you contract.
Does Seintec maintain WordPress?
We take care of infrastructure, perimeter security, backups, monitoring and vulnerability alerts. Functional maintenance of the CMS, plugins and development stays with the agency, unless we explicitly agree a different scope.
Can you work with our agency rather than with the end client?
Yes. The usual model is B2B: the agency keeps the commercial relationship with its client and we provide second-line infrastructure support to your team. If direct contact with the end client suits a given project, it is agreed beforehand.
Can we have separate servers for critical clients?
Yes. We design in tiers of isolation: reserved resources, separate servers or private environments for critical projects, and a shared platform for the rest of the portfolio, each with its own backup and monitoring policies.
