Cloud
Private cloud for companies requiring control, performance and security
A dedicated and isolated cloud environment, operated by our team, with guaranteed resources and data hosted in our datacenter in Spain.

What it is and when it fits
Seintec’s private cloud hosts applications and data on dedicated resources in our own datacenter in the province of Barcelona. It is sized according to workload, continuity and compliance, and integrates with backup and recovery.
The starting point
When public cloud falls short
Some workloads do not fit well within a shared model: databases with latency requirements, critical ERPs, applications sensitive to 'noisy neighbour' issues, or environments with strict access and traceability requirements.
- Variable performance due to sharing infrastructure with other tenants
- Cloud bills that grow uncontrollably with traffic and storage
- Isolation, traceability, or data residency requirements
- Legacy applications that do not tolerate public cloud architecture well
Our response
Dedicated infrastructure, managed end-to-end
We size an exclusive resource pool for your company on our virtualised platform, with segmented networking and storage. We manage the infrastructure layer, backup, monitoring, and updates; your team manages the applications.
Private cloud is a cloud infrastructure for the exclusive use of your company: computing, storage and network resources are not shared with other clients.
Use cases
How it is used in a company
ERP and business-critical applications
Workloads that require dedicated resources, predictable performance and control over their location.
Data with defined residency
Projects that need to know where information is physically located and who operates the infrastructure.
Cloud as a service
Environments that prefer recurring cost and delegated management instead of buying and maintaining servers.
Benefits
What you gain with Private Cloud
Guaranteed resources
Reserved CPU, memory, and storage, without noisy neighbours.
Network isolation
Own segmentation and access policies per environment.
Predictable cost
Predictable monthly fee instead of variable consumption.
Integrated backup
Encrypted and verified copies, with replication and defined retention.
24 × 7 monitoring
Our NOC monitors capacity, performance, and availability.
Data residency
Infrastructure located in Spain, under the RGPD framework.
How we work
From design to operation
- 01
Dimensioning
We measure actual consumption before proposing resources.
- 02
Deployment
We provision the dedicated environment and connectivity.
- 03
Migration
We migrate workloads in phases with functional validation.
- 04
Management
Operations, patching, backup, and capacity review.
What is included
Service capabilities
- Dedicated virtualisation
- Exclusive resource pool with high availability.
- Storage by profiles
- Volumes tailored to performance or capacity.
- Firewall and segmentation
- Environment-specific policies and access control.
- Snapshots and backup
- Restoration points and off-site copies.
- Scalability
- Resource expansion without re-architecting.
- Managed support
- Operating system and platform administration.
Real scope
What we do not promise without defining it with you
Defining the scope avoids surprises and makes it possible to compare proposals correctly.
- It is not a mass public cloud: capacity is reserved and sized for each project.
- It does not replace backup by itself: backup and recovery policies are defined and tested separately.
- It is not necessarily the cheapest model: it is assessed against hybrid cloud, dedicated servers or on-premises infrastructure.
Why Seintec
Results, not promises
- We operate the infrastructure from our own datacenter: no intermediaries.
- Service SLA of 99.98 % measured in 2025.
- The same team that designs the architecture is the one that maintains it afterwards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common pre-engagement questions
- Is private cloud more secure than public cloud?
- Not automatically. The public cloud of a hyperscaler has very mature controls. Private cloud provides resource isolation, direct control over data location, and a narrower configuration surface, which facilitates meeting specific access and traceability requirements.
- When does a private cloud make sense compared to a public one?
- When consumption is stable and predictable, when there are performance or latency-sensitive workloads, when there are data residency requirements, or when a technical partner is needed to manage the entire infrastructure.
- Who administers the servers?
- It depends on the service level agreement. We can manage only the infrastructure layer or also the operating system, patching, and service monitoring. This is defined in writing before commencement.
- Can resources be scaled up later?
- Yes. The pool is scaled up hot in most scenarios, and we review capacity periodically to anticipate growth.
- How much does a private cloud cost?
- It depends on the compute, memory and storage capacity reserved, the level of continuity, licences and the contracted scope of operation. That is why we start with an environment assessment and a written proposal.
- Does it include backups?
- The platform can integrate with our backup and disaster recovery services, but the backup, retention and restore policy is defined and tested for each project. We do not assume protection that has not been contracted and verified.
