Sector Public Administrations

Support, cloud, backups, security, and connectivity for councils, inter-municipal bodies, and public entities.

How we work here

Technology at the service of your operations

A council, an inter-municipal body, or a public organisation serves citizens with management applications, an electronic office, a registry, email, and facilities spread across the territory, often with a very small technical team. We provide support and management for this infrastructure, protect it, and document our work, adapting to each administration's procurement procedure.

Common challenges

  • Dispersed municipal facilities that need to share a network, applications, and telephony.
  • Cyberattacks targeting public services and citizen data.
  • Small technical teams for multiple sites and users.
  • Security requirements, such as those of the ENS, which demand technical measures and documentation.
  • Backups and recovery that must work even if they haven't been tested in years.

Cloud, Backups, and Recovery

Technical Support for ENS Projects

What We Do and What We Don't

The National Security Framework (ENS) imposes obligations on the administration and its suppliers according to the system category. Seintec does not declare ENS certification. What we do is implement and maintain technical measures, document the infrastructure, and collaborate with the security officer or the consultancy managing the project.

  • Inventory of equipment, servers, and services.
  • Access control, endpoint and email protection.
  • Documented backups and recovery tests.
  • Logging of incidents and changes in managed systems.
