Managed dedicated servers in Barcelona
Exclusive physical infrastructure hosted in our datacenter and operated by our technical team. We do not just deliver a machine: we take responsibility for ensuring it works.
Request a proposalThe starting point
A cheap server ceases to be cheap the day it fails
Renting a dedicated server from an infrastructure provider is simple and inexpensive. The problem arises afterwards: who updates the operating system, who checks the backups, who monitors the disk that is beginning to degrade, who responds at three in the morning, and who rebuilds the service if the hardware fails. In the self-managed model, all of that remains the responsibility of the company.
- Servers contracted without anyone to manage them.
- Operating systems left unpatched for months.
- Backups that are not verified.
- Absence of hardware and service monitoring.
- Firewall poorly configured or non-existent.
- Doubts about where the data is actually hosted.
- Support that responds via ticket and without knowing the environment.
Our response
Fully managed dedicated physical infrastructure
We size the server according to the actual workload, install it in our datacenter, configure the operating system, network, and firewall, activate backup and monitoring, and take charge of maintenance, updates, and support with an agreed SLA. The client has exclusive hardware without assuming the technical operation.
There are workloads that require dedicated hardware: demanding databases, performance-sensitive applications, environments with isolation requirements or projects where latency and data residency matter. Seintec provides this hardware in its own datacenter and keeps it managed end-to-end.
Benefits
What you gain with Managed dedicated servers
Exclusive resources

Operation included
Operating system, patches, monitoring, backup, and support are part of the service, not extras.
Security from day one
Firewall, segmentation, controlled access, and verified copies configured during deployment.
A single point of contact
Hardware, network, system and application managed by the same technical team.
Reasoned scalability
Disk, memory or node expansions planned alongside the client based on actual growth.
How we work
From dimensioning to daily operation
- 01
1. Workload analysis
We review applications, users, required performance and availability and data requirements.
- 02
2. Dimensioning
We propose CPU, memory, storage and network configurations, with the necessary redundancy options.
- 03
3. Deployment
We install the hardware in the datacenter, configuring the operating system, network, firewall and access.
- 04
4. Protection
We activate backup, monitoring and, where applicable, replication or a recovery plan.
- 05
5. Maintenance
Patching, capacity review, incident response and platform evolution with an agreed SLA.

Why Seintec
Results, not promises
- The server resides in our own CPD, not in that of a third party to whom we outsource.
- The price includes operations: you do not depend on hiring additional services to be able to use it.
- You can speak with the person administering your machine, not just with a support form.
- We integrate the server with your network, your backups, and your continuity plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common pre-engagement questions
- What is the difference between a self-managed dedicated server and a managed one?
- In the self-managed model, the provider delivers the hardware and connectivity; the operating system, security, backups, and incident resolution are the client's responsibility. In the managed model, Seintec assumes those tasks and is accountable for the service performance.
- When is a dedicated server appropriate and when is a cloud server better?
- A cloud server fits when seeking elasticity, rapid deployment, and phased growth. A dedicated server fits when there are requirements for sustained performance, isolation, or licensing that advise exclusive hardware. In many projects, we combine both.
- Where is the data hosted?
- In our CPD in Sant Miquel de Balenyà, in the province of Barcelona, with data residency in Spain.
- Can an existing server be migrated?
- Yes. We analyse the current server, plan the migration within an agreed window, and keep the previous environment available until the new one is validated.
