Management and support

Managed Microsoft 365 for business

Microsoft provides the platform. Seintec manages, protects, backs it up and maintains it, with a technical team responsible for your tenant.

The starting point

Owning licences is not the same as having a managed Microsoft 365

A company can spend years paying for licences without ever having reviewed the tenant's security configuration, without control over which devices access corporate email, and without knowing what happens when someone accidentally deletes a shared folder. The platform works, but the responsibility for its configuration, security, and data remains with the client.

  • User onboarding and offboarding without a clear procedure.
  • Old accounts still active and inherited permissions left unreviewed.
  • MFA applied only to a portion of the organisation.
  • Personal devices accessing corporate email without control.
  • Shared mailboxes and files with excessively broad permissions.
  • Licensing misaligned with actual usage.
  • Absence of external backup for tenant data.
  • Email incidents that no one knows who to escalate to.

Our response

A team responsible for your tenant, from start to finish

Seintec takes administrative control of Microsoft 365 and treats it as another piece of critical infrastructure: identities in Entra ID, MFA and conditional access, device management with Intune, configuration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, periodic security posture reviews, external data backup, and end-user support. All with the same technical point of contact who manages your servers, your network, and your security.

Almost every company now operates on Microsoft 365, yet few have their tenant truly managed: unverified identities, inherited permissions, partial MFA, devices without policies, and a backup that no one has tested. Seintec takes over the daily administration of the platform and integrates it with the rest of your infrastructure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common pre-engagement questions

Does Microsoft already back up my data?
Microsoft guarantees service availability and applies limited bins and retentions, but the model is one of shared responsibility: the long-term protection of data is the client's responsibility. That is why we recommend an external and independent backup of the tenant.
Can you manage our current tenant without migrating anything?
Yes. We start with an audit of the existing tenant and, from there, we take over its administration. We only propose migrations when there is a technical or licensing reason that justifies it.
Do you also sell the licences?
We can manage the licensing and its periodic adjustment, or work with the licences that the company has already contracted.
What does activating MFA involve for users?
We plan the rollout by groups, communicate the change, assist with enrolment and define controlled exceptions for specific cases, ensuring that security does not interrupt operations.
