- We work it out from your applications, number of users, criticality and data-location requirements. This page summarises the offering; each option has its own page with the details.
- Where is the data hosted?
- In our own datacenter in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Osona, Barcelona), unless public cloud is explicitly agreed for specific workloads.
- Can I bring the servers back on premises?
- Yes. We document the architecture and machines so the move is reversible if the business needs it.
- Are backups included?
- Backup is designed as part of the cloud service, with retention and restore tests defined in the scope.
