Concurrent users
How many people connect at the same time, not just headcount.
Managed cloud for professional practices
We move the server running your practice management software onto our infrastructure, administer it and take the backups out of the office.
We review the firm's current server, its applications and the number of users, then propose a cloud environment sized for that workload. The migration is planned with the firm and the infrastructure is administered by Seintec within the agreed scope.
The practice software remains the vendor's responsibility: Seintec looks after the infrastructure, the operating system, security and backups, and coordinates with the software supplier when needed.
Practice software
Before proposing a migration we check the software version, the manufacturer's requirements, the licences, the database, the integrations and the printers. We do not claim universal compatibility.
Seintec is not a partner, reseller or certified distributor of these products. Functional configuration, licences, updates and application support remain with the software manufacturer or supplier, unless expressly contracted.
Scope of service
The service is defined in writing before anything is migrated. The list below is the usual split between what the monthly fee covers and what is added if the firm needs it.
The antivirus protects the covered systems within the contracted scope; it is not a substitute for a full cybersecurity strategy.
Request a server reviewPerformance and sizing
There is no one configuration that fits every firm. Resources are calculated from actual use, not from a generic average.

Program, version and add-ons running on the server.
Engine and current size, including expected growth.
Space in use, history and expected growth.
We describe high-performance infrastructure and resources sized to actual use — not guaranteed performance.
Security and continuity
The infrastructure is hosted in Seintec's own data centre in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Osona, Barcelona) and administered from there.
Backups, recovery and testing are part of the scope agreed with each firm: no generic frequencies or recovery times are published.
Server, programs, versions, licences, users, printers and integrations.
The software manufacturer's requirements are reviewed before anything is proposed.
Resources, service scope and separation of responsibilities in writing.
A full copy of the environment before anything moves.
The window is agreed with the firm; it depends on the application and the server's state.
Users check programs, printers and integrations.
The environment enters service and is administered within scope.

Tell us which program you use, how many users connect and which server you have today. With that we prepare a cloud server proposal without committing you to anything.
