In Vic and its surroundings (Osona), there is a distinct industrial fabric, often with family-run businesses and facilities in regional industrial estates. Backup connectivity and remote support make a significant difference.

In the factory, every minute without production is money lost. We look after the network, servers, and applications that govern your lines, with 24 × 7 monitoring and immediate on-site or remote response. The result: fewer unexpected shutdowns, delivery commitments maintained, and quality standards always met.

What this type of business usually needs

  • Plant network separated from the office network
  • ERP and production software available across all shifts
  • Legacy industrial equipment protected even if it cannot be updated
  • Tested backups and recovery plan

How we work with businesses in Vic

We serve businesses in Vic and the rest of the Osona region with our own team: remote support for most incidents and scheduled on-site visits when needed. Our cloud infrastructure is hosted in our data centre in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Osona). We do not have an office in Vic.

How we get started

  1. 1. Initial conversation

You tell us how you work, what applications you use, and what problems you're facing.

  2. 2. Technical review

We review your equipment, network, servers, access controls, and backups to identify weak points.

  3. 3. Proposal

We provide a concrete plan with a clear scope and priorities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you separate the plant network from the office network?

Yes. We segment the network to isolate production equipment and limit its communications.

How is maintenance downtime scheduled?

It is agreed with the production team and carried out during windows that do not affect shifts.

Do you monitor servers and the network?

Yes, we monitor equipment and systems to detect problems before they stop the production line.

Do you provide services to businesses in Vic?

Yes. We work via remote support and scheduled on-site visits in Vic and in nearby towns like Manlleu, Granollers, Manresa and Terrassa. The scope is defined in the proposal.
