Accounting and advisory firms

Cloud hosting for accounting and tax advisory firms in Esplugues de Llobregat

Your business software, hosted by Seintec. Your trusted software partner stays.

Give your team access to its applications from the office or remotely, with managed infrastructure, automated backups and layered security. We assess your Sage, AHORA, a3 or Odoo installation and coordinate hosting with the company that maintains your software and custom developments.

  • Our own data centre
  • Coordination with your software partner
  • Remote working and continuity

Standard support runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (CET). A 24/7 emergency service is available when contracted; it is neither unlimited commercial advice nor a universal SLA. Support is normally delivered in Spanish and Catalan.

Your software, your partner and managed infrastructure

Many gestorías — Spanish firms providing administrative, tax, accounting and payroll services — work well with the company that knows their software and do not want to lose that relationship. Seintec's proposal separates responsibilities: we manage the infrastructure, operating system, remote access and backups, while your partner keeps configuring the application, applying functional updates and maintaining custom developments.

Keep whoever knows your software

The maintainer can keep working through named accounts, strong authentication, least-privilege permissions and agreed intervention windows. The final split is documented before any migration.

One point of contact to coordinate

A Seintec contact coordinates the infrastructure and the incidents that involve several suppliers. They do not take over functional maintenance of the software or fix vendor defects.

“Who do I call if the software is slow?”

Seintec reviews the infrastructure side — resources, network, sessions, storage — and, when the diagnosis points to the application, coordinates the analysis with the maintainer, within the contracted service.

Feasibility depends on the product, version, licensing and the conditions set by the vendor and by your current partner.

Sage, AHORA Freeware / AHORA ERP, a3 Software and Odoo

Before discussing hosting we need the exact product, version, deployment model and licensing and support conditions. Some products and models only allow specific deployment scenarios, and some vendor cloud services cannot be moved to a virtual machine.

Hosting for compatible Sage installations

Knowing that a firm “uses Sage” is not enough: we check the exact product, version, contracted model and vendor requirements, which in some cases mandate specific deployment scenarios. Only then can we say whether the installation can be hosted with us.

We assess your AHORA Freeware / AHORA ERP installation

We review edition and version, database engine and size, reporting components, customisations and integrations together with the maintainer. “Freeware” refers to the product licence model: hosting, Windows Server, remote access, the database engine and support are not free because of it.

a3 Software · Wolters Kluwer: installed and SaaS

We distinguish installed products such as a3ASESOR or a3ERP, which can be assessed for hosting, from the vendor's online services such as a3innuva or a3doc Cloud, which are delivered from their own platform. Not every a3 product uses the same database engine or requirements.

Odoo: self-hosted, Odoo.sh and Odoo Online

We review the edition in use (Community or Enterprise), the version, installed modules and custom developments, and the PostgreSQL database. A self-managed installation can be assessed for hosting on our infrastructure; the vendor's own online services are delivered from their platform. Odoo licensing and support conditions remain with the vendor or your partner.

Mixed environments

Applications hosted with Seintec often coexist with vendor SaaS and with email or document services elsewhere. Each service keeps its own location and contract; what we do is organise access, identity, devices and backups across the whole environment.

Not sure whether your software can be hosted by Seintec? Tell us what you use and we will review the requirements with you before proposing any change.

Subject to the product version, licensing and vendor support requirements. Seintec does not claim any vendor accreditation.

What Seintec's managed cloud provides

Infrastructure is designed around how your firm works: concurrent users, applications, data volume and resource-intensive processes. Specific features are set out in the proposal.

Office and remote working

Access to applications from authorised locations through remote desktop or published applications where compatible. Profiles, printing, exports, certificates and local devices are tested; not every application behaves the same way remotely.

Sized performance

CPU, memory, storage and latency are matched to measured usage, separating licensed users from concurrent sessions and allowing for batch calculations, long reports, imports and database growth.

Automated, supervised backups

We agree what is backed up (databases and related files, documents, configurations), how often and for how long, with alerts and job checks. A machine snapshot is not the same as an application-consistent backup.

Planned recovery

RPO expresses how much data can be lost in the agreed scenario and RTO the target recovery time. Both are defined in the proposal and validated through tests; in multi-company environments, restoring one database can affect other processes and is coordinated with the maintainer.

Layered security

Identity and strong authentication, protected remote access (never RDP exposed directly to the internet), segmentation and permissions, server and endpoint protection, compatible patching, logging and monitoring. Each layer is contracted within the agreed scope.

Our own data centre

The contracted infrastructure is managed directly by Seintec from its own data centre in the province of Barcelona. Third-party and SaaS services keep their own location and conditions.

Accounting and advisory firms in Esplugues de Llobregat

Esplugues de Llobregat is in the Baix Llobregat county, province of Barcelona. This campaign is organised territorially: one page for each Catalan municipality above 20,000 inhabitants according to Idescat, so we can explain how the service is organised in each area. Population defines the scope; it says nothing about how many firms operate there or which software they run.

The service for firms in Esplugues de Llobregat is delivered remotely by our technical team and from our own data centre, with on-site assistance when agreed in the proposal. We have no office in Esplugues de Llobregat and we do not advertise travel times.

If your firm also serves clients or offices in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Just Desvern, Sant Joan Despí and Barcelona, the approach is the same: one environment, per-person access and a single contact for the infrastructure.

Working scenario: a firm with its own server in Esplugues de Llobregat

Picture an accounting firm in Esplugues de Llobregat with a server in the office, the management software installed locally and several people working at the same time. Before anything is proposed we review the product and version, licensing, database engine, custom reports and how people connect from outside. That determines what can be hosted, which requirements depend on the vendor and which tasks the current maintainer keeps. This is a working scenario, not a description of any specific firm.

What a firm should settle before moving its software

The benefit for daily work first; the technical detail to review afterwards.

Continuity of work

A server failure should not stop payroll, filings or closings. Backups, recovery, dependencies between applications and interim working arrangements are all reviewed.

Performance when everything overlaps

Queries, reports, payroll runs, multi-company work and imports compete for the same resources. Sizing starts from measured usage, not a standard template.

Everyday integrations

ODBC and connectors, reporting components, Office dependencies, printing and PDF, digital certificates and signatures, shared folders, email, OCR and bank imports. Submissions to AEAT, Social Security, SILTRA or Sistema RED are verified in the client installation; their availability is outside Seintec's control.

Confidentiality of your clients' data

Tax returns, payslips, bank details and identity documents require role-based access, controlled joiners and leavers, permission reviews and secure sharing. Client- or file-level detail also depends on what the software itself supports.

Who does what: Seintec and your software maintainer

This is the usual proposed split. It is finalised per environment before migrating, including database engine duties, consistent backups and schema changes.

AreaProposed responsibility
Cloud infrastructure, network and resourcesSeintec, within the contracted service.
Operating system and remote accessSeintec, within the agreed scope.
Environment backups and technical recoverySeintec; the software partner validates functional consistency where relevant.
Software configuration, functional and tax updatesSoftware maintainer, under their own contract.
Custom developments, connectors and software changesThe supplier responsible for those solutions.
Performance or incidents affecting both application and infrastructureJoint diagnosis between Seintec and the maintainer.
Work validation, priorities and permissionsThe firm, supported by both suppliers.

Maintainer access uses named accounts, least-privilege permissions, traceability and agreed intervention windows. Shared administrator accounts are not used.

How the migration is approached

Five steps agreed with the firm and with the software maintainer. Change windows are agreed and representative tasks are tested before the environment is accepted.

    1. Inventory and feasibility

Products, versions, licensing, databases, integrations, concurrent users and vendor requirements.

    2. Design and task split

Sizing, access, backups, security and a responsibility table agreed with every supplier involved.

    3. Preparation and testing

Prepared environment and functional tests in test mode: concurrent access, reports, printing, permissions and integrations. No real tax filings or live operations are performed.

    4. Agreed switchover and validation

Agreed window, data migration and validation by the firm and the maintainer, with a rollback plan and a decision on data created during the change.

    5. Follow-up and continuity

Backup and performance monitoring, capacity adjustments and a contact point for the infrastructure.

We do not advertise zero-downtime migrations or fixed timescales before assessing the environment.

What your firm can verify about Seintec

We prefer verifiable evidence to unpublished testimonials.

  • Our own infrastructure. An owned data centre in the province of Barcelona and direct management of the contracted infrastructure, with a clear distinction between the main environment, backups and third-party services.
  • Published corporate services. Cloud, virtual desktop, backup, cybersecurity and managed services are described on this site with their real scope.
  • A written proposal. Infrastructure scope, migration, applicable licensing and responsibilities are set out in the proposal before you commit.
