Networking & Connectivity

Professional Wi-Fi for Offices, Industrial Units, and Warehouses

We design and deploy reliable and secure wireless networks, scaled to guarantee the coverage, capacity, and performance your business demands.

  • Coverage tailored to your site survey
  • Separate guest and production networks
  • Seamless roaming without dropouts
  • WPA3-Enterprise security

What is a professional Wi-Fi network and why does your business need one?

Unlike off-the-shelf domestic solutions, a professional Wi-Fi network is a wireless infrastructure custom-designed to meet the specific needs of a business. It's planned to provide total coverage in complex spaces like multi-storey offices or industrial units, support a high density of simultaneous users and devices, and guarantee stable performance.

Its primary goal is to ensure business continuity. It allows for secure traffic segregation (e.g., separate networks for guests, company equipment, and warehouse operations), ensures users can move throughout the premises without losing connection (seamless roaming), and is centrally managed to enforce security policies and monitor its status.

Application Environments

A Solution for Every Workspace

Our business Wi-Fi solutions are tailored to the unique characteristics of each environment, from high user density in an office to the coverage challenges of a logistics warehouse.

Offices

  • Full coverage across all floors and meeting rooms.
  • Management of high-density users and devices.
  • Secure, isolated guest network.
  • Quality of Service (QoS) for Voice and Video over Wi-Fi.

Industrial Units & Warehouses

  • Site survey for large areas and high ceilings.
  • Reliable connectivity for handheld scanners, PDAs, and terminals.
  • Seamless roaming between aisles and work zones.
  • Robust design resilient to interference and physical obstacles.

Service Components

End-to-End Management of Your Wireless Network

We handle the entire lifecycle of your Wi-Fi network, from the initial analysis to ongoing support and monitoring.

  • **Site Survey:** We analyse your premises, using floor plans and/or an on-site visit, to determine the optimal number and placement of access points.
  • **Managed Access Points:** We deploy and configure the necessary hardware to deliver the performance and coverage defined in the design.
  • **Network Segmentation (VLANs):** We create independent, secure wireless networks for different purposes: corporate, guest, IoT devices, PoS, logistics, etc.
  • **Seamless Roaming:** We configure the network so that devices switch between access points automatically and without any connection interruption.
  • **Advanced Security:** We implement WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise protocols with user-based authentication, isolating devices and protecting access to the corporate network.
  • **Proactive Monitoring:** We monitor the health of the network and access points to detect and resolve issues remotely.

Deployment Process

How do we get your new Wi-Fi network up and running?

We follow a structured process to ensure the final solution meets all agreed functional and performance requirements.

1. Requirements Analysis & Site Survey

We gather your connectivity, user density, and security needs. We then conduct a site survey to create a heat map and plan the equipment layout.

2. Architecture Design

We present a technical proposal detailing the hardware, network configuration, security policies, and roaming plan.

3. Installation & Configuration

Our in-house technical team carries out the physical installation of access points and configures the entire network infrastructure, minimising disruption to your operations.

4. Testing & Go-Live

We validate the coverage, performance, and roaming functionality throughout the site. We provide all documentation and train your staff if required.

5. Support & Monitoring

Once live, the service includes network monitoring and technical support as defined in the service agreement.

Service Model

A Clear Division of Responsibilities

We clearly define the scope of our duties to ensure a transparent and effective partnership.

Seintec's Responsibilities

Design, supply, and installation of network hardware. Configuration of access points, networks, security, and roaming. Monitoring of the Wi-Fi infrastructure. Technical support for the deployed solution as per the contract.

Client's Responsibilities

Providing access to the premises for the survey and installation. Providing the necessary wired network infrastructure (network points, PoE switches where applicable) to connect the access points. Defining users and access policies.

Manufacturer's Responsibilities

Hardware warranty for access points and other network equipment, managed via Seintec.

Why Seintec

In-house Technical Team and a Single Point of Contact for Your Project

Since our founding in 2023 in Osona, we have committed to a hands-on service model with no intermediaries. Your Wi-Fi network project will be managed from start to finish by the same Seintec technical team—professionals with over 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure.

This approach guarantees clear communication and consistent execution. You will have a single point of contact to coordinate the survey, installation, and ongoing support, avoiding fragmented responsibility and ensuring the solution works as a cohesive whole.

Our own data centre in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Barcelona) allows us to optionally host the Wi-Fi network controller in a private, sovereign cloud environment, enabling centralised management across multiple sites.

Frequently Asked Questions about Business Wi-Fi

How does it differ from the Wi-Fi provided by an internet service provider?

The main differences are the bespoke design and management. While a provider installs standard equipment, we conduct a site survey to guarantee coverage across your entire premises, segment networks for security, and actively manage performance and availability.

Is an on-site visit necessary for the site survey?

Yes. To ensure accuracy, we combine a floor plan analysis with an on-site survey where we measure signal propagation, interference, and physical obstructions first-hand.

Can we have a guest-only Wi-Fi network, separate from our main network?

Absolutely. It's a fundamental security best practice. We create a guest network that is completely isolated from your corporate network, with its own name (SSID) and password, and even a captive portal if needed.

Our staff are constantly moving around the warehouse with barcode scanners. Will they lose their connection?

No. We design the network for seamless roaming between access points. An employee's device will switch from one point to another automatically without the connection dropping, ensuring the continuity of your warehouse applications.

What happens if an access point fails?

Our monitoring service alerts us if any network device goes down. We proceed with a remote diagnosis and, if a hardware fault is confirmed, we manage the replacement of the unit according to the warranty and your support contract.

Do you use specific brands of equipment?

We work with a range of top-tier manufacturers to select the hardware that best suits each project and budget. Our recommendation is based on objective technical criteria defined during the analysis phase, not on commercial agreements.
