Our responsibility is to ensure the performance of the infrastructure and the SQL Server instance. We will investigate any server-side bottlenecks. Optimising queries or application code remains the responsibility of the client or the software developer.
Can I restore the database to how it was three days ago at 10:30 am?
Yes, if your contract includes Point-in-Time Recovery. The granularity and retention period for backups are defined in your service proposal.
I'm using an unsupported version of SQL Server. Can you migrate it?
Yes. One of our key services is planning and executing migrations from obsolete versions to modern, supported ones, ensuring compatibility with your applications.
How do you ensure backup consistency?
