a3ERP & a3ASESOR in the Cloud: Private Cloud Hosting

We move your a3ERP or a3ASESOR desktop licences to a managed cloud server in our data centre, so you can access them securely from anywhere.

  • Access from anywhere
  • Managed infrastructure
  • SQL Server & backups included
  • Our own data centre in Osona

What is hosting a3 in the cloud with Seintec?

It's an infrastructure service that lets you use your licences for the installable (desktop) versions of a3ERP and a3ASESOR on a secure, private cloud server, instead of on a physical machine in your office. We handle the server, maintenance, and backups.

This way, you combine the power of your existing software with the benefits of the cloud: remote access for your entire team, flexible working, managed security, and business continuity, without having to worry about hardware, backups, or physical security.

Who it's for

For businesses and professional firms seeking greater flexibility

This service is designed for businesses and professional firms that already use the desktop versions of a3ERP or a3ASESOR and want to make the move to a cloud environment without changing software or licence providers. It's the ideal solution if you're looking to:

Enable secure, centralised remote working.

Improve the security and availability of your management applications.

Outsource server management and backups.

Replace an old physical server without a large initial investment.

What's Not Included

Service Limitations

Our service focuses exclusively on the infrastructure layer that hosts the software. It's important to note that the service does not include:

a3ERP, a3ASESOR, Microsoft Windows Server, Remote Desktop, or SQL Server licences. The client must provide their own licences or purchase them separately.

Functional or user support for a3 applications. For questions about how to create an invoice, file a tax return, or use any other program function, you should contact your reseller or Wolters Kluwer directly.

Hosting for versions that the developer only offers in a SaaS (Software as a Service) format, as these run on Wolters Kluwer's own infrastructure.

Our Difference

Our Own Infrastructure and a Single Point of Technical Contact

At Seintec, we deliver the service from start to finish. We don't rely on third parties for critical infrastructure.

Your a3 server will be hosted in our own data centre in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Osona, Barcelona). This gives us complete control over security, performance, and availability, with a service SLA that will reach 99.98% by 2025. Our technical team, with over 15 years of experience, manages the entire platform and is your single point of contact for any query or incident related to the infrastructure—no intermediaries.

The Cloud Migration Process

  1. 01

    1. Initial Review

We analyse your current environment: a3 version, data volume, number of users, and physical server configuration.

  2. 02

    2. Design and Proposal

We size the required cloud server and provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the service scope and costs.

  3. 03

    3. Planned Migration

We coordinate a work window, typically over a weekend, to migrate your data and applications to the new cloud server.

  4. 04

    4. Go-live and Support

We validate that everything is working correctly, provide you with the new access details, and activate the support and monitoring service.

Frequently Asked Questions about a3 Hosting

Do I have to buy the a3 licences from Seintec?

No. You must have your own licences, purchased through Wolters Kluwer or your usual reseller. Our service only covers the infrastructure to host them.

Who helps me if I have a question about how a3ERP works?

Functional support for the software (how to use it, questions about modules, etc.) is still provided by your a3 reseller or Wolters Kluwer. Seintec handles support for the infrastructure: server, access, backups, and performance.

Is this service the same as the native cloud version of a3?

No. This service involves hosting the installable (desktop) version of a3 on one of our cloud servers. The solutions that Wolters Kluwer offers as a service (SaaS) are hosted on their own infrastructure and are not covered by this service.

Will my data be secure and located in Spain?

Yes. Your data is hosted in our own data centre, located in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Osona, Barcelona), complying with data sovereignty regulations.

What happens if the server has a problem or goes down?

Seintec is responsible for the availability and proper functioning of the infrastructure. We have proactive monitoring and a 24/7 emergency response service to resolve any platform incidents.

Can I access the program from a Mac?

Yes. Access is via a Remote Desktop (RDP) client, which is available for all major operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
