International companies
IT and cloud services in Barcelona for international companies
One local technical partner for your Spanish operation: infrastructure, cloud, security and day-to-day IT support, delivered by our own engineers from our own datacenter near Barcelona.
We work with companies that open an office in Barcelona, run a Spanish subsidiary, acquire a local business or operate a plant or warehouse in Catalonia. Your head office keeps its standards and reporting; we take care of the local infrastructure, the users on the ground and the Spanish regulatory context, with technical conversations in English.
What we cover for your Spanish operation
The scope is agreed with your head office and adapted to the size of the local site, from a five-person sales office to a full production plant.
Managed IT and local support
Helpdesk, user onboarding, workstations, printers and daily incidents. Remote support plus on-site visits across Barcelona and Catalonia.
Private and hybrid cloud in Spain
Servers, ERP and file services hosted in our own datacenter in the province of Barcelona, sized to your real workloads instead of a generic package.
Networking and connectivity
Business internet access, firewalls, VPN to head office, Wi-Fi and site-to-site links, including automatic failover where availability matters.
Cybersecurity
Endpoint protection, email filtering, patching, monitoring and hardening aligned with the security policies your group already applies.
Microsoft 365
Tenant administration, identity, mailboxes, licensing and dedicated backup of Microsoft 365 data, coordinated with your global tenant when there is one.
Backup and disaster recovery
Encrypted, verified copies and recovery plans with agreed RTO and RPO, tested periodically rather than assumed.
Why international companies choose a local partner
Remote-only providers struggle with the parts of IT that happen physically in Spain: a rack that needs hands, a courier delivery, a technician on site the same morning, an invoice that has to match Spanish requirements.
English-speaking technical contact
Project and escalation conversations in English, with local users supported in Spanish and Catalan.
Own datacenter, not resale
Your infrastructure runs on hardware we operate ourselves in the province of Barcelona, so escalations do not go through a third party.
Data residency in Spain
Workloads and backups stay in our Spanish facility, which simplifies GDPR conversations when data must not leave the country.
On-site presence
Technicians who can physically reach your office, plant or warehouse in Barcelona and Catalonia.
Single point of contact
Infrastructure, cloud, security, connectivity and support handled by the same team.
Coordination with head office
We work inside the standards, tooling and reporting your group already uses.
How we start
Most projects begin with an existing situation to inherit: an office already running, a provider being replaced or a site being opened from scratch.
1. Discovery
We review the local setup, users, applications and what head office requires.
2. Audit
Infrastructure, cloud spend, security posture, backups and connectivity.
3. Proposal
Scope, architecture, service levels and cost, agreed with your group.
4. Transition
Handover from the previous provider or setup of the new site, with a plan and dates.
5. Operation
Day-to-day support, monitoring, reporting and periodic reviews.

Frequently asked questions
- Can you support our staff in English?
- Yes. Project management, documentation and escalations are handled in English, while local users can be supported in Spanish or Catalan.
- Can our data stay in Spain?
- Yes. Workloads and backups can be hosted exclusively in our datacenter in the province of Barcelona, which is the usual requirement when a group needs data to remain in the country.
- Do you work with our global IT department?
- Regularly. We act as the local execution arm: your group keeps the standards and tooling, and we cover what has to happen physically and administratively in Spain.
- Can you take over from our current provider?
- Yes. We start with an audit of the current setup, agree a transition plan with dates, and take over documentation, accesses and support.
- Do you provide on-site support?
- Yes, across Barcelona and Catalonia, combined with remote support for everything that does not require physical presence.
