Who is responsible for software licences?
You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your AHORA ERP licences. The Windows Server and SQL Server licences required for the server to operate can be included as part of our monthly service.
How do users access the ERP?
Access is provided securely via a Remote Desktop (Terminal Server / RDS) connection or a VPN, depending on the configuration that best suits your security and usability needs.
If the ERP is running slowly, who fixes it?
Our team will immediately investigate the infrastructure's performance (server, network, database). If we determine the cause is not platform-related, we will provide you with the necessary data so that your AHORA implementation partner can diagnose a potential application-level issue.
Where will my data be hosted?
Your data will be hosted entirely in our own data centre, located in Sant Miquel de Balenyà (Osona, Barcelona), ensuring data sovereignty within Spanish territory.
Do I get administrator access to the server?
For security reasons and to ensure the stability of the managed service, administrator access is reserved for Seintec technicians. However, the necessary permissions are granted to allow your implementation partner to install and maintain the AHORA ERP application.
